Telco Project Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Maintains and monitors project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinates the project schedule and plan to the client and his subordinates.
  • Ensures that all project documentation is properly maintained.
  • Organizes and attends meetings with clients and management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or any related field of study
  • With at least 6 months of Telco experience. Those who worked as Documentation Assistants are also encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Have strong and effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in file management and other administrative procedure
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or any related software
  • Amenable to work in Cubao, Quezon City
  • Mandarin-speaking is an advantage
