As a Technical Customer Care or TCC Associate of MEC Networks, you will be given the significant role of providing support to Technical Services Engineers. Your position is vital in resolving the issues they face and ensuring that the reports and documents involved are organized. Your day-to-day work will also be centered on providing the best possible experiences for our clients.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will monitor opening, updating, and closing all open cases in NetSuite
  • You will encode daily Service Reports to NetSuite
  • You will send licenses to clients
  • You will coordinate the pull-out and replacement of defective units
  • You will assist in resetting Demo and Service Units licenses from SonicWall
  • You will coordinate service unit loan requests
  • You will assist walk-in customers
  • You will coordinate with group heads for dispatching engineers to clients
  • You will screen callers before transferring to the concerned person
  • You will prepare the pull-out and transmittal documents
  • You will prepare the response time report
  • You will prepare the weekly progress report
  • You will replenish the office supplies for the Technical Department
  • You will handle the inventory of training manuals
  • You will be responsible for the issuance of technical tools
  • You will coordinate on-call quotation request and billing request

You’re the perfect fit if you have these qualifications

  • Graduate of any course
  • 0 –6 months of work experience needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in the English language; Eager to work in a team-oriented environment, has a passion for technology and with a pleasing personality; experience in customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Computer literate
