Job Description:
- Monitoring of Telco Projects
- Coordination with client counterpart Project Coordinators & Project Managers for updates and all concerns
- Triggering of billing for any completed activities/milestones
- Monitoring of Team’s performance such as output and efficiency
- Monitoring of Workable sites and alert the client if this number is dropping or if there are any idle Team
- Pushing for the completion of the assigned sites on-time at the lowest possible cost
- Checking if PO is already available before allowing any work activities
- Supervision and Monitoring of Project Coordinator’s performance
- Monitoring of inventory of tools and other materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong leadership qualities
- Good negotiation skills
- Systematic and Analytical
- Proficient in Oral and Written Communication
- Well versed on Excel’s advanced features for project tracking
- Knows Huawei’s EHS Compliance and ISDP
