We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Sales Manager that will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing relationships with key clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering business growth. As a key player in the IT distribution field, this role requires exceptional communication and decision-making skills, and a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Secures Month-to-date/Year-to-date sales objective on a per client basis through lead generation and create sales opportunity from existing and new business partners
  • Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.
  • Lead and support Channel Account Managers to drive product sales and growth through trainings and mentoring
  • Keeps abreast with the latest market trends and developments in the market and gather information on how to improve our service level.
  • Monitor product performance and adjust strategies for optimization, while ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams like techincal, marketing, operations, and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving set sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Preferably with experience selling Cybersecurity and Networking solutions (Switches, Routers, Access Points, Servers etc.)
