We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Relationship Manager with a strong marketing mindset to drive the positioning, growth, and success of our ICT product portfolio. This role manages key vendor relationships to maximize market impact. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for building strong client and partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow the overall business performance of assigned ICT product through strategic brand positioning and market development.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, principals, and the SVP of Sales to align on brand messaging, product objectives, and market strategies ensuring optimal product success.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers, focusing on brand alignment and customer engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure cohesive product marketing and effective distribution.
- Monitor and analyze sales and market performance metrics; prepare regular insights-driven reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and distribution innovations to proactively position our brand and offerings.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment to drive team morale, creativity, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field from any reputable schools/universities.
- Proven experience in brand management, product marketing, or sales leadership within the IT industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience selling Cybersecurity, Network Security, or Networking Solutions is highly desirable.
