Management Information System Intern (MIS)

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated MIS Intern to join our dynamic tech team. In this role, you won’t just learn the technical basics—you will gain hands-on experience in system administration, user support, and day-to-day IT operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, network, and system-related issues, providing reliable front-line assistance to employees and users.

  • Manage IT Equipment & Setup: Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and other essential IT equipment.

  • Handle Software & Access Operations: Perform basic software installations, updates, and troubleshooting, as well as user account setups, password resets, and access requests under IT supervision.

  • Support Infrastructure & Asset Management: Assist with IT equipment inventory tracking, asset tagging, and documentation, while escalating complex technical issues to the System Administrator or IT Support personnel.

  • Accelerate Growth: Engage in hands-on IT operations and expand your technical knowledge as a core part of your structured internship program.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Education: Currently taking a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related courses.

  • Experience: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking, along with familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, is a great head start.

  • Technical Familiarity: A basic understanding of troubleshooting, system administration, and IT support concepts.

  • Power Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality and good problem-solving abilities.

  • Drive & Initiative: An eager team player with a genuine passion for technology and collaborative environments.

  • Work Setup: Willing to report on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
