About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Systems Engineer Trainee to join our technical team. In this entry-level role, you will work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on exposure across ICT solutions, building the foundational expertise needed to bridge technology and business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Shadow Senior Engineers: Observe and assist during product presentations, requirement qualifications, site surveys, system installations, configurations, troubleshooting, and client support.

• Support Technical Design: Help draft system designs, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, TAC support, and vital technical documentation tasks.

• Handle Hardware Testing: Test defective and replacement hardware units to ensure quality and operational readiness.

• Accelerate Growth: Participate actively in internal onboarding, technical training, and professional certification programs.

• Conduct Research & Development: Explore and study assigned core products and solutions to build deep technical proficiency.

Who We're Looking For:

• Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.

• Experience & Track Record: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Prior experience in wired/wireless network and cybersecurity implementation, management, or technical support is a plus.

• Technical Credentials: Certifications in wired/wireless networking and cybersecurity are an advantage.

• Personal Attributes: Eager to work in a collaborative team environment, flexible, adaptable to change, and capable of absorbing information quickly with a genuine passion for technology.

• ICT Industry Savvy: Knowledgeable or with experience in ICT solutions in any of these areas:

  • Server & Storage

  • Cybersecurity

  • Networks (Switches, Routers, Access Points)

  • Structured Cabling

  • Security & Auxiliary Systems

• Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
