HR Management Trainee (Talent Acquisition & Development)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and resourceful HR Management Trainee which will focus on Talent Acquisition & Development. This role is dedicated to driving our full-cycle recruitment and empowering our people from day one. You will own end-to-end hiring to attract top-tier talent, and seamlessly transition into supporting their professional growth, training, and overall development after they join.
What You'll Do:
Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete hiring process for assigned positions, ranging from active sourcing and initial screening to interview scheduling and onboarding.
Source Top Talent: Find qualified candidates using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Assess & Interview: Facilitate initial candidate interviews, oversee online assessments and background checks, and maintain a smooth and timely candidate progression throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain Recruitment Systems: Administer and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and clean pipelines.
Analyze Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment reports and hiring metrics to optimize talent strategies.
Support Growth & Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding activities, assist with talent and growth initiatives, and pitch ideas for employee training programs.
Handle HR Operations: Maintain, file, and scan employee 201 records and other core HR documentation while supporting ad-hoc HR tasks.
Cultivate Culture: Foster a positive, supportive, and people-first workplace environment.
Who We're Looking For:
Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
Platform Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS and other recruitment systems. Resourceful and tech-savvy, with a strong interest in AI and emerging tools that can help automate tasks, improve efficiency, and streamline HR and recruitment processes.
Key Attributes: Highly organized, attentive to detail, proactive, and willing to take initiative to get things done.
Mindset & Drive: Possesses a positive work mindset, strong willingness to learn, and a passion for creating engaging workplace experiences.
Power Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across various teams.
Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
