About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and resourceful HR Management Trainee which will focus on Learning & Development. This role will support programs that shape a positive, engaging workplace experience. In this role, you will drive employee retention, bring fresh ideas to life, and foster a vibrant culture where team members thrive. If you are organized, attentive to detail, and excited to create meaningful employee experiences, this is your stage.
What You'll Do:
Drive Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of engagement activities, cultural events, and wellness initiatives aimed at boosting team morale and retention.
Bridge Departments & Partners: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and employees for event logistics and event requirements.
Craft Internal Communications: Draft engaging internal announcements, presentations, reports, and HR materials to keep the company connected and informed.
Maintain Program Trackers: Keep accurate records, documentation, and operational trackers for assigned retention projects and HR initiatives.
Propose Practical Solutions: Bring creative ideas to the table to continually refine HR programs, improve employee experience, and streamline processes.
Support HR Initiatives: Assist with ad-hoc retention projects, employee surveys, and culture-building campaigns as needed.
Cultivate Culture: Foster a positive, supportive, and people-first workplace environment.
Who We're Looking For:
Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
Key Attributes: Highly organized, attentive to detail, proactive, and willing to take initiative to get things done.
Mindset & Drive: Possesses a positive work mindset, strong willingness to learn, and a passion for creating engaging workplace experiences.
Power Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across various teams.
Tech Savy: Proficient in MS Excel for reports, skilled in Canva or MS PPT for visual graphics, and familiar with using AI tools
Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
