About the Role:
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage and control our stock operations. In this role, you will ensure our inventory remains accurate, fully available, and efficiently maintained—providing the crucial operational support needed to keep our supply chain running seamlessly.

What You'll Do:

• Manage Stock Receipts: Receive physical stock and process system entries efficiently alongside the inventory assistants.

• Report Discrepancies: Produce and deliver detailed receiving reports to concerned departments (such as Purchasing and Product Managers) whenever issues arise regarding discrepancies, physical/box conditions, or description differences against shipping documents.

• Enforce Stock Rotation: Strictly implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures to maintain optimal product freshness, prevent stock aging, and avoid warranty expirations.

• Coordinate Stock Reservations & Releases: Process reservations and release allocated stock both physically and in the system—working closely with Order Management, Inventory Assistants, Pickers, Sales, and Product Managers.

Who We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Operations, or related fields.

• Experience & Track Record: 0–6 months of relevant experience. High-potential Fresh Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!

• Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
