About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Control Assistant to lead pricing management, ensure meticulous documentation, and enhance profitability through thorough cost analysis. In this role, you will be the bridge between financial strategy and market dynamics—providing the vital analytical support needed to maintain our competitive edge and drive financial success.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Strategic Pricing: Set and maintain accurate pricing models across various product lines to align with profit margin objectives.

  • Support Inventory & Forecasting: Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze backorders, track demand trends, and forecast optimal order quantities.

  • Ensure Operational Integrity: Verify key documents and references during sales order and purchase order processing, actively identifying and resolving any price or margin discrepancies.

  • Deliver Financial Insights: Prepare and submit critical financial reports, including margin analysis and cost details, to the accounting team for strategic planning.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or any related business field from a reputable school.

  • Experience & Track Record: At least 2 years of proven experience in Accounting, Finance, or a Management Trainee/Leadership role. Prior experience in cost accounting is an advantage!

  • Key Skills: Strong business acumen and basic accounting knowledge paired with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Exceptional mathematical, organizational, and time-management abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
