About the Role:
We're looking for an accurate and reliable Picker to join our logistics and inventory team. In this role, you will be the bridge between warehouse operations and customer satisfaction—providing the vital hands-on support needed to prepare orders accurately, assist in inventory maintenance, and ensure seamless delivery fulfillment.

What You'll Do:

  • Pick & Prepare Deliveries: Accurately pick, prepare, and double-check items for delivery to ensure correct quantities and matching part numbers every time.

  • Support Inventory Operations: Assist the inventory controller and inventory assistants in receiving, counting, arranging, and physically maintaining stock across all business units.

  • Coordinate Fulfillment: Work closely with inventory assistants to track items slated for preparation and streamline order fulfillment workflows.

  • Assist with Deliveries: Step in as delivery personnel when needed—handling off-site item transport, managing delivery documentation, and collecting payments as applicable.

  • Adapt & Support: Perform other operational and warehouse duties assigned by your Immediate Head to keep daily logistics running smoothly.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Education: Senior High School graduate, Vocational/NC II certificate holder, or College undergraduate.

  • Experience & Track Record: At least 1 year of related work experience in warehousing, picking, or inventory operations.

  • Key Traits & Skills: Demonstrates average to above-average analytical skills, great time management, and multi-tasking abilities. Adaptable under pressure, fast learner, proactive, and passionate about quality work.

  • Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City. Mondays to Fridays (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM).
