Master Onboarding & Integration: Design and facilitate structured orientation frameworks, buddy systems, and ramp-up plans from Day 1 through Probationary Reviews to ensure fast employee integration.
Lead Learning & Development: Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to build skills-based curricula, workshops, and e-learning resources that upskill team members and elevate performance.
Map Talent & Succession: Partner with HR leadership to execute talent mapping frameworks, distinguish technical vs. management career tracks, and build succession pools for future leaders.
Analyze & Optimize: Track recruitment velocity, onboarding effectiveness, and L&D metrics to deliver data-driven insights that refine our overall talent strategy.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Team up with hiring managers, internal subject matter experts, and external learning vendors to align employee growth with business targets.
Cultivate Culture: Foster a vibrant, continuous-learning, and results-driven work environment where every employee thrives.
Who We're Looking For:
Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields).
Proven Track Record: Solid experience handling end-to-end talent acquisition, instructional design/L&D programs, or talent management frameworks.
Power Communicator: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills that engage candidates and inspire internal learners.
