About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Software Developer to join our Software Development Team under Technical Planning and Operations. In this role, you won't just write code—you will plan and deliver scalable software platforms, integrate full-stack solutions, and help shape digital tools that power our business growth. What You'll Do:

• Build Modern Applications: Write clean, modular, and maintainable full-stack code primarily using React, Laravel, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL.

• Develop APIs & Interfaces: Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration, while creating interactive UI/UX prototypes using Figma.

• Optimize & Maintain Systems: Troubleshoot issues, test software enhancements, and maintain existing company programs and servers.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Team up with stakeholders and executive management to align custom software solutions with core business goals.

• Integrate ICT Products: Learn our range of ICT solutions (Networking, Cybersecurity, CCTV, and Telephony) to propose integrated platforms that maximize their technical potential.

• Drive Technical Excellence: Apply solid UI/UX standards, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and maintain well-documented code.

• Cultivate Innovation: Continuously research and adopt emerging web technologies to keep our platform stack ahead of the curve.

Who We're Looking For:

• Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 1 year of software development experience or high-potential Fresh Graduates with strong technical portfolios.

• Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in React, Laravel, Tailwind CSS, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and Figma prototyping.

• Power Communicator: Ability to write clear technical documentation and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Problem-Solving Drive: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous learning and technological research.

• Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
