About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Assistant to help keep our building operations running smoothly and safely. In this role, you will be the backbone of our workplace environment—providing the hands-on expertise needed to ensure all facilities, equipment, and utility systems remain fully functional, secure, and well-maintained.

What You'll Do:

• Execute Maintenance Works: Perform routine civil, electrical, plumbing, minor repainting, and carpentry tasks, including repairing or replacing fixtures throughout the premises.

• Monitor Building Systems: Conduct regular routine checks on key facilities and equipment—such as sewage treatment plants (STP), air conditioning, water systems, and electrical systems—following standard operating procedures and maintenance schedules.

• Support Stakeholders & Contractors: Assist and accompany external contractors, tenants, and team members as needed, while supporting facility tasks across company premises and off-site properties.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Track and document day-to-day activities, routine observations, and completed work orders using logbooks and checklist reports.

• Handle Daily Operations: Complete assigned day-to-day facility requests promptly and efficiently to support smooth company operations.

Who We're Looking For:

• Education & Background: Open to entry-level candidates (no prior experience required—trainable!). Being a graduate of any trade school is a strong advantage.

• Core Technical Skills: Practical knowledge in basic electrical work, plumbing, and minor carpentry work.

• Work Ethic & Traits: Dependable, proactive, highly adaptable to daily tasks, and able to strictly follow standard safety and operational procedures.

• Work Setup & Schedule: On-site at 307 MEC Centre, P. Tuazon Blvd. cor. 21st Ave., Cubao, Quezon City. Mondays to Saturdays (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM).
