About the Role:
In this role, you won't just manage a clinic - you will be an active member of the HR & Operations Team, anchoring our workplace wellness strategy and medical administrative data trackers. You will bridge the gap between people operations and occupational health, ensuring strict government compliance while cultivating a proactive culture of care across our diverse workforce.
What You'll Do:
Ensure DOLE OSH Compliance: Lead internal compliance with DOLE OSH standards.
Align Health with Core Values: Align healthcare and safety training with MEC’s core values, reinforcing our "Better, Always" philosophy by promoting proactive, health-conscious habits.
Manage Health Reports: Manage annual medical reporting and the Workplace Accident/Illness Report (WAIR) submissions.
Coordinate Annual Wellness Checks: Coordinate, schedule, and track the mandatory Annual Physical Examination (APE) for all employees, ensuring smooth logistics with our HMO providers and strict data privacy compliance.
Deliver First-Line Medical Care: Administer emergency first aid, maintain a well-stocked inventory of medical supplies, and handle day-to-day employee health consultations and "Fit to Work" tracking.
Design Wellness Programs: Design and facilitate corporate training modules focused on lifestyle health, nutrition and ergonomic practices for office staff.
Lead Safety & CPR Training: Conduct regular, mandatory orientation and refresher training for all onboarding employees and existing staff regarding basic first aid, CPR, and workplace health guidelines.
Act as Primary Medical Responder: Act as the primary medical responder during building evacuations or workplace emergencies, managing triage operations and establishing clear coordination lines with local hospitals and emergency units.
Who We're Looking For:
Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience & Track Record: Registered Nurse with a valid and active PRC License.
Professional Credentials: Completion of the BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Training for Occupational Health Nurses is highly advantageous. Certification or a strong background in Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid Training, or Emergency Response coordination is a major plus.
Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
