About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Assistant to support the accurate and efficient management of our inventory operations. In this role, you will help maintain inventory records, monitor stock movement, coordinate deliveries, and ensure that products are properly received, stored, and released. What You'll Do:
Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Update and maintain inventory records, stock cards, and system transactions to ensure accurate product information and quantities.
Support Receiving Operations: Assist in checking incoming deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents while verifying product descriptions, quantities, and physical condition.
Coordinate Stock Releases: Prepare and release products based on approved orders, ensuring that items are properly picked, packed, documented, and endorsed for delivery or customer pickup.
Conduct Stock Counts: Participate in regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks, investigate discrepancies, and escalate variances to the appropriate team members.
Organize Warehouse Inventory: Ensure products are properly labeled, arranged, stored, and handled according to company procedures and safety standards.
Monitor Stock Movement: Track inventory transfers, returns, damaged items, and other stock movements to maintain complete and accurate records.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to support timely order fulfillment and smooth inventory operations.
Prepare Reports: Assist in preparing inventory status reports, discrepancy reports, stock movement summaries, and other documentation as required.
Who We're Looking For:
Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree, associate degree, or vocational course in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
Inventory Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or order fulfillment is preferred.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle product counts, records, and documentation.
Organized & Reliable: Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and other business software.
Team Player: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
Physical Requirements: Willing and able to perform warehouse-related tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving inventory as needed.
Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
