About the Role:
Responsible for managing and controlling an organization's inventory to ensure stock is accurate, available, and efficiently maintained.

What You'll Do:
Receives physical stocks and in the system with the assistance of the inventory assistants.

Produces reports regarding received items to concerned departments (Purchasing, Product Manager) if there are issues upon receiving (Discrepancies, Physical/Box condition, Description differences against the documents etc)

Strictly implements the First-in-First-Out of the items to prevent items from aging and warranty expiration.

Processes reservation and releases reserved stocks both in the system and physical stocks. This will require coordination with Order Management, Inventory Assistants, Pickers and Sales-in-charge, Product Manager

Who We're Looking For:
Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse, Operations.

Length of Experience: 0 – 6 months; Newly Graduates can be considered
