Marketing Brand Officer

About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Brand Officer to analyze market and customer insights to design and develop high-impact marketing strategies. In this role, you will be the bridge between brand vision and business growth—providing the vital market intelligence and execution needed to expand our reach and keep us ahead of the competition.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential market coverage, industry trends, and strategic opportunities for brand affiliations and organization partnerships.

  • Outpace the Competition: Monitor competitive companies, industry benchmarks, and market shifts to ensure our brand maintains a distinct competitive edge.

  • Execute Campaigns & Promotions: Manage end-to-end promotional programs, marketing initiatives, telemarketing outreach, and direct call-out campaigns to drive engagement and demand.

  • Power Regional Marketing Events: Coordinate and deliver impactful marketing events and brand activations across the Visayas and Mindanao (VISMIN) regions.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related field from a reputable school.

  • Experience & Track Record: 3–4 years of proven experience in brand management, market research, or marketing campaign execution.

  • Work Setup & Location: Willing to work Monday to Friday (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM) on-site at our Cebu Office: 2nd Floor, Lexmark Plaza 3, Cardinal Rosales Ave. cor. Samar Loop, Cebu City.
