Product Sales Manager - Server & Storage

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Product Sales Manager. In this role, you won't just manage a team, you will drive sales strategy, cultivate powerful vendor relationships, and empower an exceptional team of Channel Account Managers to exceed their targets. What You'll Do:
Drive Business Performance: Manage and grow the overall business performance of assigned product line(s), ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Master Vendor Relations: Work closely with vendors, principals to align on strategy and ensure successful product positioning and execution.
Lead & Mentor: Coach, develop, and elevate a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers into sales superstars.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Team up with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure streamlined product distribution and go-to-market strategies.
Analyze & Optimize: Track sales metrics, translate numbers into actionable insights, and deliver sharp performance reports to senior leadership.
Drive Market Innovation: Maintain deep industry knowledge, staying current on IT trends and competitive landscapes to propose innovative sales and product strategies.
Cultivate Culture: Foster a vibrant, collaborative, and results-driven work environment where everyone thrives.
Who We're Looking For:
Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields).
Leadership Experience: A proven track record of managing a sales team and consistently hitting performance targets.
Power Communicator: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills that win rooms and close deals.
ICT Industry Savvy: Solid experience selling ICT solutions in any of these areas:
Server & Storage
Cybersecurity
Networks (Switches, Routers, Access Points)
Structured Cabling
Security & Auxiliary Systems
Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
