  • Prepare payment such as check printing or online bank transfer
  • Helps coordinate payment with concerns or issues to respective team or departments
  • Effectively monitors upcoming payments or outstanding payables to avoid overdue payments
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to suppliers
  • Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
