Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to grow in the marketing field. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team, sales team, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and lead marketing activities for events, trainings, and workshops to maximize attendance and engagement
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with Sales, other departments, and external partners/principals to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing fund claims and ensure timely documentation and reporting
- Assist with event logistics including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and onsite support
- Support marketing budget planning and proposal preparation for campaigns and events
- Create engaging and creative marketing content for various platforms, including social media, email, and websites
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies
- Perform additional marketing duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related course
- 1–2 years of marketing experience is a plus; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, social media)
- Familiarity with design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Passion for technology and innovation
